Crowdy Bay National Park

25 km north-east of Taree

Crowdy Bay National Park embraces beaches backed by heaths on an extensive sand plain. The area also boasts beautiful wildflowers in spring. The rock formations of Diamond Head jut more than 100 metres above Crowdy Bay.

Foundation funds purchased freehold land on the eastern edge of Watson Taylors Lake. This addition provided an area of botanical diversity and represents an important waterfowl refuge, breeding and feeding ground.
