“PLEASE HELP DISASTER-AFFECTED WILDLIFE AND HABITATS TODAY”
In the wake of natural disasters, vulnerable native animals and their damaged habitats urgently need your help.
This year has only just begun, but already invaluable habitats have been hit by heatwaves, floods, bushfires and cylcones.
The food sources and safe havens of our iconic and endangered animals are severely affected.
Following large scale ecological disturbances, food sources are scarce. Invasive weeds can easily take over, which further reduces food for many of our native animals.
To protect our native animals, we need to restore their habitats now.
In response, the Foundation is funding habitat restoration, native tree plantings, wildlife corridor establishment and weed eradication works. Restoring their habitats will help many native animals to survive.
As Australians, it is our duty and our tradition to help our land recover after natural disasters.
You can lend a hand to help save our animals, and restore Australia’s beautiful natural places. Wild places are a home to animals, but they also provide you and your children with a sacred place to breathe fresh air and appreciate the glory of the natural world.
Your gift today will help save animals and restore their habitats.
If you watched the fires and floods sweep through bushland, you know how much devastation was caused. Now is your chance to step up and lend your hand. Don’t settle for being just another spectator. Your gift is how you can play your part.
With your help, more animals will be saved.
Your gift today will allow our conservation project managers to help restore degraded wildlife habitats, so that native animals can once again enjoy a healthy and thriving environment.
Yours sincerely,
Susanna Bradshaw

P.S. Donate $150 or more and, in gratitude, we will send you a commemorative ‘Thank You’ bookmark and a limited edition postcard. This bookmark is made by Foundation staff with donated cardboard, a donated laminator, and donated laminating materials. Every gift is appreciated, and will help restore Australia’s degraded habitats.
P.P.S. Many who support our work pledge $20 a month, conveniently charged to your credit card or bank account. Will you be a regular monthly donor and help all year round? Help us plant trees, remove weeds and protect native animals by giving a regular amount each month.
