Coneac State Conservation Area protects rainforest on the hinterland of the New South Wales mid north coast. 

This rainforest is home to abundant wildlife including the threatened yellow-bellied glider, brush turkeys, goannas and many species of frogs.

Coneac State Conservation Area, created in January 2003 as a 449 hectare reserve, is 25 km north-west of Gloucester.

Foundation Projects

Growing Coneac State Conservation Area

In 2008 the Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife received a land donation from Mr Gordon Donaldson. The 355 hectares became part of Coneac State Conservation Area.
