A voluntary Chairman and Board of Directors oversee the Foundation.

• The President leads the Board of the Foundation.  The Board consists of eight Directors including the President, who is also the Chairman of the Board.
• The Board is supported by three key Committees – the Finance, Marketing & Sales, and Projects Committee
• The Committees also comprise of external representatives from time to time.
• The CEO reports to the Board through the President
• The Board reports on the previous year’s performance to its members – the Governors and Life Members at its Annual General Meeting usually around May each year.
